Objective: Provide students with English language skills to ensure smooth transition and settlement for newcomers and allow them to seek employment, remain social and become active members in their communities. 

Conversational skills are enhanced in these courses with an emphasis on speaking, grammar and comprehension. The friendly, supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere of these courses allows students to strengthen their reading and writing skills.
